Admission in to Doherty Library Requires ID

 To ensure a continued environment conducive to study, the Doherty Library will institute the following library admission policies beginning Nov. 2. Guests and patrons must present:
• a current University photo
identification card.
• a current TexShare card
with a photo identification card.
• a current Friends of the Doherty Library card with a photo
identification card.
• UST alumni can use their UST alumni cards (along with a
current photo ID) to gain access to the Doherty Library.
Exceptions:
• Guest scholars (visiting professors, etc.) are welcome and
should see the library director, or reference librarian for more
information.
• Children under age 14 are allowed into the Doherty Library,
provided that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• School groups for research or general tours: contact the
library director, or reference librarian for approval as visitor
scholars.
