Celts Defeat Wisconsin-River Falls

When the Celts played Jarvis Christian on Nov. 22, the order of the day was defense. The Celts held them to a season low 29 percent shooting but the Celts could only muster 31 percent themselves. The Bulldogs were led by Rashad Norman with 28 points. Every time they needed a big shot he hit it. The Celts were paced by Travis Lampley with 12 points and Triston Grounds with 10. The Celts scored 3 late in the game but could not pull out the 65-59 loss.
Next up at home was Division III Wisconsin-River Falls on Nov. 27. The key to the game for the Celts was a season low 6 turnovers. Jeremy Lewis was once again the key to the Celts offensive attack putting in 16 Points. Clutch free throws down the stretch sealed the 63-59 victory.
