Mary Hansen Signs with Lady Celts Basketball Team

 Mary Hansen signed a letter of intent to play for the University of St. Thomas inaugural women’s basketball team on June 17.
Hansen, who attended her freshmen year at St. Thomas, is a Presidential Ambassador for the University having numerous responsibilities around campus.
In High School at Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, IL, Hansen was a solid player averaging 6.2 PPG and 3 APG in the top ranked conference in the state of Illinois.
Hansen, a business major, says, “ After being a student at UST my freshman year, I’m so excited to have the opportunity to continue playing basketball and be a part of St. Thomas’ first women’s basketball team.”
