Celts Defeat Huston-Tillotson

 The University of St. Thomas Men’s basketball team defeated Huston-Tillotson University 78-65 on Dec. 1 at the Jerabeck Activity and Athletic Center. St. Thomas led 33-32 at half before slowly extending the lead to 14 points late in the second half. Junior point guard Travis Lampley finished the night with a double–double of 12 points and 15 assists. Anthony Medina and Adrian Morales chipped in with 20 and 17 respectively. The Celts improved to 4-3 on the season and 3-0 in the Red River Conference.
