UST MicroCredit Teams with Panera Bread to Raise Money

 Run out of time for breakfast again? No problem. The University of St. Thomas MicroCredit Program will provide the food to fuel your day with the Panera Bread fundraiser.
Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 9 a.m., Micro Credit volunteers will distribute fresh pastries, muffins, and bagels donated by Panera Bread outside the Doherty Library. This fundraiser will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. for the remainder of the semester.
Donations of any amount will be accepted. All money raised will help fund undergraduate research for MicroCredit’s upcoming Tanzania project. Their goal is to raise at least $2,500.
The UST MicroCredit program is a non-profit, student-driven organization which educates students and develops leaders at UST through the promotion of social entrepreneurship and sustainable growth projects in poverty stricken regions.
