Hershiira Boone-Rodgers Signs with Lady Celts Basketball

 Hershiira Boone-Rodgers signed a letter of intent to play for the University of St. Thomas inaugural women’s basketball team on May 25.
Boone-Rodgers is a transfer from Cisco Junior College where she averaged 10 points per game and 2 rebounds per game. She earned 2nd team All-Conference honors. She was also the Conference Freshmen of the Year Runner-up. At Dulles High School she was a standout as well averaging 4 points per game and a solid 7 assists per game and was one of the leaders for a successful high school program.
She plans on majoring in communications.
