The University of St. Thomas women’s golf team teed up at The Oklahoma Baptist Fall Invitational in Shawnee, Okla. from Sept. 29 to Oct. 2.

The women battled wet, windy conditions and a tough field at Shawnee Country Club.  Kara Jones and Lauren Kinney shot identical two-round totals of 185 to finish tied for 17^th place. Senior Celine Simmons shot a two-round total of 241 to finish 35^th. 

Seminole State College won the team title with a two-round total of 657 and Alejandra Arellano from Seminole State was the individual medalist at 78-74.
