The Saints from San Antonio jumped out to a 13-point halftime lead and cruised to a 94-71 victory.

Junior Gaby Guzman led St. Thomas with a career high 28 points. She also added 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 6 steals. Senior Amber Arceneaux-Francis chipped in 25 points and 16 rebounds. The loss dropped the Celts to 13-12 overall and 9-8 in the RRAC.

“Our Lady of the Lake is a very good team,” said Head Coach Mike Ricks. “You have to play mistake-free if you want to have a chance to beat them, and we didn’t do that tonight. Give them a lot of credit though – they’ve had a heck of a year so far.”
