About 500 students attended the conference from more than 90 universities and 34 states.

 On a three-game run, the University of St. Thomas men's basketball team won its third game in five days on Dec. 17 in Hobbs, N.M. Defeating University of the Southwest 86-59, the win was the team’s second straight Red River Athletic Conference road game, which brings them to No. 4 in the conference. |
