May 26, 2011  Study St. Teresa, St. John of the Cross in Spain this Summer
The UST community will have the rare opportunity to travel to Avila, Spain, this summer to take courses at the Catholic University of Avila. This venture, scheduled for August 3-18, is the first of its kind, a pilot for similar study abroad experiences.

UST has made changes to the core curriculum to better integrate the core curriculum with academic majors. It is strongly recommended that every student meet with an academic advisor to determine which core curriculum track is most appropriate for the student’s individual course of study.

The UST Women, Culture, and Society (WSC) Program has received permission from the Vatican to publish, “John Paul II Speaks on Women,” a comprehensive collection of John Paul II’s historic texts on women. 

Jan 10, 2011  WCS Colloquium Explores Catherine of Siena, Florence Nightingale
The University of St. Thomas Women, Culture and Society Program will host the Third Annual Zambosco-Thomas Colloquium, “In Dialogue with St. Catherine of Siena and Florence Nightingale,” from 7-9 p.m., Feb. 21-22, in Ahern, Crooker Center.
