Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza Lecture

Rev. Drew Christiansen, S.J., former editor-in-chief of the Catholic magazine America, and incoming Distinguished Professor of Ethics and Human Development at Georgetown University, will give the annual University of St. Thomas Center for Faith and Culture Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza Lecture at 7:30 p.m. on October 2 in Jones Hall, 3910 Yoakum. Rev. Christiansen's lecture will discuss the papal encyclical "Pacem in Terris."

Flynn Center for Irish Studies will host "Genetic Genealogy: Discussion, Debate and DNA," by Dr. Catherine Swift, Irish Visiting Lecturer through ICUSTA (International Colleges and Universities of St. Thomas), Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, Ireland in Cullen Hall at 7:30 pm.
