UST to Host Women and Philanthropy Luncheon

 The University of St. Thomas invites women to the annual Women and Philanthropy Luncheon on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, featuring philanthropist Tracy Gary. Gary is a nationally recognized speaker, author and philanthropist who is the niece and heiress to the Pillsbury family. She has made a career of inspiring others to make a difference and leave a legacy.
Gary's topic, "Moral Leadership and our Non Profit Sector: How Then Shall We Lead?" is a compelling look at our role as women interested in the community and our impact. Because women are involved in so many volunteer organizations and strive to make a difference, we come together to learn and find ways to be transformational and build legacies for the future.
Registration is at 11:30 a.m. with the luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. An optional Inspiring Legacies workshop will be held from 1:45 – 3 p.m.
