Celts Host UST Labor Day Volleyball Tournament 8/30/2011 The University of St. Thomas Lady Celts volleyball squad will open its 2011 season with two matches at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1 against Our Lady of the Lake and against Friends University at 7 p.m. The UST Labor Day Tournament will be held on Friday, Sept. 2. Our Lady of the Lake will face off Friends at 5 p.m.. All matches occur inside Jarabeck Athletic Building on the St Thomas Campus.
