A member of the Institutional Advancement team, Crofoot-Morley has worked for the University for seven years. She previously served as director of major constituents.

Prior to her promotion, Crofoot-Morley was responsible for foundation development for the capital campaign, University projects, academic programs, annual fund, annual scholarships and the endowment. Crofoot-Morley was a recipient of the President’s Achievement Award in 2006 and 2007.

Vice President of Institutional Advancement Ken DeDominicis said, “As we prepare for our next comprehensive campaign, we are promoting Debbye to a higher level of direct fundraising responsibility. We anticipate the magnitude of the next campaign will require major emphasis on person-to-person contact to secure multi-million dollar commitments. As part of our advancement team, Debbye has been instrumental in developing some of our institution’s largest gifts in history.”

In 2008, Crofoot-Morley helped to raise $1.5 million for the Cameron School of Business Endowed Scholarship in Management and worked to secure $2.6 million for the Burnett Family Distinguished Chair in Leadership. Major Constituents is credited with raising more than $1 million a year from all constituent types, which include private, corporate and family foundations, corporations and some individuals, for annual fund, annual and endowed scholarship and academic programs.

“I’m poised to take on a new challenge with larger responsibilities, working with wonderful people at the University while raising money for University programs and scholarships,” Crofoot-Morley said.

Crofoot-Morley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
