Rev. Anthony Giampietro, CSB, Delivers Paper at Catholic Scholars Annual Convention

 Fr. Anthony Giampietro, CSB, associate professor, Chair of the Philosophy Department, delivered a paper on Catholic Wisdom and Sexuality: Convenience, Tolerance, and Truth, at the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars 31st Annual Convention, Sept. 26-28, in San Antonio.
The paper won praise in an article about the Fellowship Convention ("The Unexpected Fruit of Dissent"), published in The Catholic Thing, Oct. 3, 2008.
The author, William Saunders, singles out Giampietro and Joseph Capizzi, associate professor of Moral Theology at Catholic University of America, for their treatment of "dilemmas posed for freedom of conscience by an increasingly hostile culture" and calls them "worthy successors to the great men and women who originally founded the Fellowship."
