In honor of National Preparedness Month and to make sure the campus community is prepared for emergency situations, the University of St. Thomas will host a series of events on Sept. 22-24, organized by the Office of Student Affairs. Students, faculty and staff can learn more about staying safe during a natural disaster, man-made incident or other potentially hazardous situations.
The Department of Philosophy’s faculty members and graduate students were busy recently attending conferences around the world. They presented papers or attended conferences in Chile, Germany, England, Rome, France and Mexico.

Every year, accomplished freshmen are chosen to receive the Father Vincent J. Guinan full-tuition scholarship. In doing so, the University of St. Thomas stands by its commitment to provide an affordable and accessible private, liberal arts education to students.
