Network and Core Systems Availability

Production Systems
(i.e. Blackboard, myStThom, Webmail)
Regular system maintenance time is reserved for one Friday of the month between 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.. Some dates may change due to holiday or academic needs. Please see schedule below.

These systems will be unavailable at some time during the scheduled maintenance window. Please plan accordingly.

If a scheduled maintenance period conflicts with activities such as registration or final exams, IT will do everything possible to reschedule to accommodate these critical periods.

Maintenance Schedule

Friday, January 18
Friday, March 1
Friday, March 22
Friday, April 19
Thursday, May 23

*First Friday after the 1st day of class.

Test and Development Systems
Test and Development Systems are used by both users and IT staff. The availability of these systems is subject to current projects.
