Frozen Conflicts in the FSU

University of St. Thomas and Houston-Baku Sister City Association speakers will speak on "Frozen Conflicts in the Countries of the Former Soviet Union," at from 5:30-8 p.m. on Feb. 25 in Cullen Hall.

- Dr. Jean-Phillipe Faletta, Ph.D., UST Professor – History of the Soviet Union
- Dr. Ryan Kennedy, Ph.D., University of Houston Professor – Conflicts in the ex-USSR, including Nagorno-Karabakh
