Casey played varsity volleyball for four years, receiving First Team All- District Awards for two years and for the third year (senior year), received First Team All-District MVP as well as High School MVP and Most Outstanding Offensive Player 3 years in a row. She was named to the golden Triangle All-District Team and Academic All State Awards her senior year. Mulryan also lettered in: basketball, softball ( Second Team All- District Jr. Year, First Team All District and Anahuac’s MVP Sr. Year.), track, cheerleading (Chosen for the UCA cheerleading squad), and golf. Casey was also an officer in the CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) and was chosen for Anahuac High School’s Who’s Who award.
As a Lady Celt freshman, Casey started as a right side hitter and had one of the highest max block jump verticals. Her sophomore year, Casey started as middle blocker and was listed as the most efficient hitter of the A.I.I. and ranked 34th most efficient hitters in the entire NAIA. Casey was named to the A.I.I. First Team, All-Region Team - Honorable Mention, and the A.I.I. Player of the Year. She was also named to the Coca-Cola Classic First Team, awarded Co-Offensive Player at UST, and two time VSN player of the week. Casey is also a head coach at Lamar Volleyball Select. She is a history major at UST. Casey led the team in solo blocks. Casey’s net play and aggressiveness should continue to make UST a very competitive team.
