Dr. Jon R. Taylor is Professor of Political Science and Chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of St. Thomas where he teaches courses on public administration, public policy, and Political Science statistics. His current research interests lie in Chinese public administration and politics, American public administration, Texas politics, and urban governance.
