The Class Agents program has three types of agents, the class agents manager, decade chairs and class agents. The class agents manager is Drew Wilson ’02, who will promote the program and lead other class agents.

Decade chairs are class agents who communicate with other class agents representing their decade. Decade Chairs will also recommend and seek alumni to fill class agent positions in their decade. Chairs will also serve class years in their decade that do not have agents.

Ideally, each class year will have two to four class agents, who will serve renewable, 2-year terms. If additional alumni want to be involved in class activities, they can be part of the team that supports the primary class agents. The Office of Alumni Relations may host a Class Agents Letter Day, or related activities periodically to encourage class agents to send notes and letters and facilitate networking among the agents.

The Office of Alumni Relations will provide the class agents with tools for their positions, including:

• Training for Celtic Connection and e-mail marketing
• Campus news and information updates
• Sample letters and thank you notes
• Fundamentals of fundraising
• A calendar of events
