Arthur Ortiz is the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and has worked in Admissions at the University of St. Thomas since March of 1999.  Ortiz grew up in one of the few parishes run by the Basilian Fathers, the founders of UST, and they continue to be an influence in his life.  He has overseen projects regarding Catholic recruitment and home school recruitment during his tenure at UST.  He enjoys keeping up with admissions trends in higher education and has presented on various topics at several state and national conferences.  Arthur is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake.
