As an on-campus resident, we want to make sure your living environment is the best we can make it!
Use the form below to submit a maintenance request to Residence Life. Please allow 3-5 days for the Facilities Operation staff to correct your issue. For emergency services, please contact the RA On Call after business hours or the Office of Residence Life during business hours. Also, please make sure that your roommate is notified that you have submitted a maintenance request.
Already submitted a request and the problem is taking longer than expected to fix? Contact our office directly at 713-525-3836 so we can contact our Facilities Operations office to get you a work order status update.
Before submitting, please make sure you were detailed enough in telling us about your problem so your work order will not be delayed!
Finally, make sure this is not an emergency. If this is an emergency please contact the front office (RA on Call when office is closed) immediately.
