Students with concerns or who are in need of assistance may contact the Dean of Students at 713-525-6939 to make an appointment. 

A student who would like to personally express his or her concerns should do so in writing by visiting the Office of Student Affairs and completing a Confidential Student Information form which will be hand-delivered to the  Dean of Students.

Students  should follow the same procedure should they have a need to visit the Vice President for Student Affairs.

All student concerns and/or issues are dealt with promptly and confidentially.
