Suejen Lin Tsai, CPA, PMP

Suejen Lin Tsai is the founder and President of Auxco-Alliance Inc., a consulting and executive training company that offers customized, results-oriented programs for multinational institutions seeking to provide its leadership teams with cross cultural awareness and knowledge of international management practices. Notably, with its exceptionally qualified alliance members, Auxco-Alliance has been the project management training of choice for major Chinese oil companies.
Suejen received her M.A. degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Prior to founding Auxco, Suejen honed her multinational corporate advisory expertise over two decades of working in leading global enterprises including Westinghouse, AT&T, and ExxonMobil, and founding a successful IT consulting company - Sino Business Services. Through her work, Suejen has gained exposure to an array of multinational industries including: energy, education, logistics, and large scale manufacturing, which has given her unique insight into the impact of cultural diversities on management practices.
Suejen enjoys reading, walking and traveling in her spare time.
