The purpose of the Undergraduate Research Committee is “to promote student research by soliciting and screening projects, to conduct the annual Research Symposium, and to identify potential grant sources for undergraduate research.” In recognition of its contribution to the enhancement of academic excellence, the Undergraduate Research Program has been designated a Signature Program at UST.

The annual Research Symposium is held on campus each year during the spring semester.
