Campus Facilities for Business Students
The University is equipped with modern technology for use in and outside the classroom. Virtually the entire UST campus is wireless and fully equipped with the latest in technological support, allowing instructors to access the internet and utilize power point projections in class. In addition, our computer lab is available for use on weekends and evenings, and students with wireless laptops can use them at locations across campus.
St. Thomas's Doherty Library is a state-of-the-art research library. Its collection was awarded the highest level achievable by the American Library Association. Many of Doherty Library’s business holdings are electronic, providing students access from off campus. In addition, the Library is open Saturday and Sunday, and maintains extended weeknight hours.
The Cameron School recently opened a new common area where students can congregate informally between classes. Located downstairs in Welder Hall near the Cameron School offices, this comfortable lounge provides a forum for study, quiet conversation, reading of business periodicals, or watching the business news on our system of wide screen plasma televisions. The addition of these amenities has visibly enhanced the camaraderie among our business students, who regularly assemble there in small groups.
