Cardio Body Sculpt is a combination of intense kickboxing and dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

A Tale of Two Hemispheres

The William J. Flynn Center for Irish Studies invites you to "A Tale of Two Hemispheres: Charles Gavan Duffy and the 19th Century Irish Experience" at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, Nov. 15 in Cullen Hall. The speaker will be Dr. Sean Farrell, Associate Professor of History, Northern Illinois University.
