Cardio Step and Tone Class
Wednesday, November 21, 2012 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
This class begins with a choreographed step routine. The intensity is determined by the speed and level of execution of each movement. The cardio step portion of the class will be followed by strength training with free weights and an abdominal workout. This is a total body workout.
Classes are every Wednesday from Aug. 29-Nov. 28.
