Guts and Glutes Class
Thursday, November 1, 2012 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM
This 30-minute class concentrates on strengthening the abs, the lower back and the muscles of the gluteus. Including a short warm-up and cool down, this class may be abbreviated in length, but the benefits are long-lasting.
Classes are every Thursday from Aug. 30-Nov. 29.
