Mental Illness Awareness Week: "Changing Attitudes. Changing Lives."
Sunday, October 7, 2012 to Saturday, October 13, 2012 All Day
C&DS is partnering with Psi Chi (Psychology Club) to raise awareness about mental illness. We will be hosting an information table on Oct. 9 from noon - 2 p.m. with brochures on community mental health resources.
On Oct. 11 from noon - 2 p.m. we will have an interactive display aimed at identifying how people perceive mental illness and stigmas associated with mental illness. We will also be providing educational materials to reduce stigma associated with mental illness.
