Music Preparatory School presents "Happy Birthday, Sarasate!" featuring a recital by Ning-Chih Hsu, violin, and Ruby Toung, piano. The performance is at 4 p.m. on March 9 in Cullen Hall.
Celebrate the birthday of the virtuosic violinist Pablo de Sarasate with his most famous compositions. Enjoy his favorite Rossini opera tunes, indulge in his charm and wits through Malaguena, Zapateado, Gypsy Airs, Carmen Fantasy, plus a Medley of compositions dedicated to him.
