Instilled with an appreciation for ethical behavior inspired by the tradition of the founding Basilian Fathers, graduates of the school have a rich history of success in their chosen profession.
The School of Education, in collaboration with the School of Arts and Sciences, offers a teacher preparation program designed to help students attain certification and success as new teachers. The passing rate for UST’s School of Education students on state licensing exams is outstanding and graduates are highly sought.
Evening Program
Evening and Saturday courses are also offered in education. Contact the School of Education for more information on evening and Saturday scheduling for part-time and full-time studies, particularly for students who are not able to be full-time students during the day, and non-traditional students.
Cohort Program
Full-time and daytime undergraduate students of the School of Education participate in cohorts during their junior and senior years. The cohorts serve as a supportive group for students that are at similar places in their professional development.
