Follow the steps below to continue on your journey to becoming part of the Celt Family!

If you have already activated your Celt Login ID, please skip this step.

  • View guide for first time access to Outlook and Office 365.
  • If this is your first time logging into a UST system you will need to visit Microsoft 365 to set your password and security questions before you will be able to access myStThom
    • First time username for incoming students will be the first portion of your UST issued email address - eg. aquinast@stthom.edu (email), username would be: aquinast
    • First time password for incoming students will be the first three letters of your first name + first three letters of your last name (uppercase) + your 7 digit UST Student ID number.

Once you have succesfully created your O365 login credentials you will then have access to: UST Webmail, MyStthom, and Blackboard.

For more information, please contact the IT Help Desk at ithelpdesk@stthom.edu or 713-525-6900.

  • If you do not know your UST issued username/email, please contact your Admissions Counselor or the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at garciaj1@stthom.edu or 713-525-3549.

Let us know you accept your admission to UST! In your myStThom account click on the “Admissions” tile and then choose “Accept.”

Enrollment: Associate degree seeking students DO NOT enroll (register for courses) themselves. In The Kolbe School of Innovation & Professional Studies, courses are in lock step and cannot be taken out of sequence. Therefore, you will need to sign a Registration Agreement Form that will allow us to register/enroll you into courses. Your UST Admission Counselor will send this agreement form via email to the email address listed on your admission application, after acceptance to your respective AAS program.

You can submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) starting October 1!  When completing your form use UST’s FAFSA code, 003654.

UST will start sending financial aid packages in late November.  Once you receive your packages you are able to review and accept any awards online.  For more information or help completing the FAFSA, visit our financial aid page.

Questions can be directed to finaid@stthom.edu or 713-525-2170.

Note: AAS students do not pay an Enrollment Deposit-this is automatically-generated to your UST student accounts. Please disregard if you see this in your account and continue to the next step.

If you are younger than 22 evidence of vaccination must be submitted in one of the following three formats:

  • A UST immunization form*
  • An official immunization record from a state or local health authority*
  • An official record received from state officials, including a record from another state

Whatever you submit must include the month, day and year the vaccination was administered.

If you are an online student and your courses are not taken in-person, please disregard. Only our Pragmatic Studies students in our AAS program are required to submit their Immunization Records, as they will be attending courses on-campus.
