Follow the steps below to continue on your journey to becoming part of the Celt Family!

You must first set up your MyStthom account using your username and UST ID number.  If you do not have your username or ID, please contact your admissions counselor or  This information will be used during your entire college career, so please keep it safe and secure.

  1. Activate your Celt Login here.
    1. Confirm your ID.
    2. Agree to the Use Policy
    3. Set up Challenge Questions and password
    4. Activation complete!

You can now log in to MyStthom, Webmail or Blackboard!

Submit your $200 enrollment deposit* to secure your place in the entering class. Enrollment deposits are refundable until one month before classes start.

Pay your Deposit Online:

You can access our online payment system here. Please make sure you are accessing the payment system from a PC.

  1. Enter your Student ID, First Name and Last Name as it appears on your acceptance package or acceptance email.
  2. This will prompt a redirect to our payment page (pop ups will need to be allowed.)
  3. Complete the payment information.

*Please make sure you are NOT logged in to your UST account before accessing the enrollment deposit system.

Pay Your Deposit on Campus
If you plan to visit our campus for a tour or event you can bring your enrollment deposit with you!  Deposits must be paid before arriving to your registration appointment.

If you are younger than 22 evidence of vaccination must be submitted in one of the following three formats:

  • UST immunization form*
  • An official immunization record from a state or local health authority*
  • An official record received from state officials, including a record from another state

Whatever you submit must include the month, day and year the vaccination was administered.

*Must be signed or stamped by a certified, licensed physician or his/her designee, or public health personnel.

  • Immunization records can be submitted through your MYSTTHOM, using the Immunization Form Upload tile located on your homepage.

NOTE: students will not be able to register for classes or sign up for housing until the appropriate records are on file.

Once you’ve submitted your enrollment deposit, immunization records (if applicable) and set up your technology, you’re officially a UST student!

Attention students admitted to the Peavy School of Nursing, please return your signed acceptance letter to . We will need this before you can enroll in classes.

Now it’s time to tackle these items:

With Early FAFSA this year you can start your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on October 1!  When completing your form us UST’s FAFSA, 003654.

Starting this year, you can use your previous years (2015) tax return to apply for scholarships and financial aid.  UST will start sending financial aid packages in late November.  For more information or help completing the FAFSA, visit our financial aid page.

Students interested in housing need to complete a Housing Interest FormThis form is not a contract.  Once you have submitted the form, the additional immunization documents required for on campus housing and paid your $300 housing deposit, the Office of Residence Life will contact you to sign a contract.  Students can learn more on our housing page.

Students who will be older than 25 at the start of school need to contact the Office of Residence Life to discuss possible options.

Every student is required to meet with an advisor before enrolling in classes. Summer 2021 students should contact their admissions counselors for details.

Fall 2021 students should register for one of our upcoming Transfer Celt ROAR Days:

  • Wednesday, June 23 (morning and afternoon)
  • Wednesday, July 14 (morning and afternoon)
  • Wednesday, August 4 (morning and afternoon)


This day will include Resources, Orientation, Advising, and Registration for new students, as well as an opportunity for you to truly embrace the Celt Culture.

Note: This will be a fully virtual experience. Students will be assigned to a morning or afternoon session dependent on major. Sessions last approximately 3.5 hours and confirmed attendees will receive a detailed email within two weeks of their selected date.

Register for Classes

Registration appointments arranged through the admissions office will give new students the opportunity to meet with an academic advisor; make class selections; discuss degrees, programs and majors; and register for classes.

Your transition into the University of St. Thomas begins at Orientation! It is required that all incoming students sign up to attend.
