Follow the steps below to continue on your journey to becoming part of the Celt Family!

If you have already activated your Celt Login ID, please skip this step.

  • View guide for first time access to Outlook and Office 365.
  • If this is your first time logging into a UST system you will need to visit Microsoft 365 to set your password and security questions before you will be able to access myStThom
    • First time username for incoming students will be the first portion of your UST issued email address - eg. aquinast@stthom.edu (email), username would be: aquinast
    • First time password for incoming students will be the first three letters of your first name + first three letters of your last name (uppercase) + your 7 digit UST Student ID number.

Once you have succesfully created your O365 login credentials you will then have access to: UST Webmail, MyStthom, and Blackboard.

Submit your $200 enrollment deposit* to secure your place in the entering class. Please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at admissions@stthom.edu or 713-525-3500 if you have any questions.

Pay your Deposit Online:

You can access our online payment system here. Please make sure you are accessing the payment system from a PC.

  1. Enter your Student ID, First Name and Last Name as it appears on your acceptance package or acceptance email.
  2. This will prompt a redirect to our payment page (pop ups will need to be allowed.)
  3. Complete the payment information.

*Please make sure you are NOT logged in to your UST account before accessing the enrollment deposit system.

Pay Your Deposit on Campus
If you plan to visit our campus for a tour or event you can bring your enrollment deposit with you!  Deposits must be paid before arriving to your registration appointment.

If you are younger than 22 evidence of vaccination must be submitted in one of the following three formats:
  • A UST immunization form*
  • An official immunization record from a state or local health authority*
  • An official record received from state officials, including a record from another state

Whatever you submit must include the month, day and year the vaccination was administered.

*Must be signed or stamped by a certified, licensed physician or his/her designee, or public health personnel.

  • Immunization records can be submitted through your MYSTTHOM, using the Immunization Form Upload tile located on your homepage.

NOTE: students will not be able to register for classes or sign up for housing until the appropriate records are on file.

Once you’ve submitted your enrollment deposit, immunization records (if applicable) and set up your technology, you’re officially a UST student!

Attention students admitted to the Peavy School of Nursing, please return your signed acceptance letter to nursing@stthom.edu . We will need this before you can enroll in classes.

Now it’s time to tackle these items:

With Early FAFSA this year you can start your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on October 1!  When completing your form us UST’s FAFSA, 003654.

Starting this year, you can use your previous years (2015) tax return to apply for scholarships and financial aid.  UST will start sending financial aid packages in late November.  For more information or help completing the FAFSA, visit our financial aid page.

Students interested in housing need to complete a Housing Interest Form. This form is not a contract. Once you have submitted the form, the additional immunization documents required for on campus housing and paid your housing deposit*, the Office of Residence Life will contact you to sign a contract. Students can learn more on our housing page.

Students who will be older than 25 at the start of school need to contact the Office of Residence Life to discuss possible options.

Every student is required to meet with an advisor before enrolling in classes.

Spring 2023 students should contact their admissions counselor or the Office of Admissions at admissions@stthom.edu or 713-525-3500 to schedule an appointment. During this registration appointment you will meet with your academic advisor and register for classes.

Note: You must pay the enrollment deposit and submit immunization records (if under the age of 22) before requesting a registration appointment.

Register for Classes

Registration appointments arranged through the admissions office will give new students the opportunity to meet with an academic advisor; make class selections; discuss degrees, programs and majors; and register for classes.

Every student is required to meet with an advisor before enrolling in classes. Students will be assigned to a morning or afternoon appointment dependent on major. Appointments will last approximately 2.5 hours and during this time you will meet with your academic advisor and register for classes.

In order to receive the RSVP link you must pay your enrollment deposit and complete immunizations.

After the completion of registration, you will be REQUIRED to attend Transfer Orientation.

Orientation is a fantastic experience, where you will be able to meet your future classmates and obtain important information about the Celt experience! Learn about campus resources, pick up your student ID card, and completed mandatory sessions.
