Dr. Lennie Waite is an assistant professor of psychology and the Applied Sport and Performance Psychology Program director. A former Olympic athlete in track and field at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Dr. Waite has also participated in various world-renowned sports competitions. With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Dr. Waite serves as a volunteer in the US Olympic Committee and focuses her studies on the creation of performance plans for leaders in various professions to achieve peak results.
