Dr. Rollen Edward Houser is the Bishop Wendelin J. Nold Chair in Graduate Philosophy. His research areas include Medieval and Islamic philosophy, metaphysics, and virtue theory. He can speak on philosophy, capital punishment, the death penalty, morality, homosexuality and the Church, Plato, Islam, metaphysics and Medieval ways of life. He can also address contemporary social and political issues, from the conservative point of view.
