Dr. Higinia Torres-Rimbau is the director of bilingual and dual-language programs. Her areas of research include language and academic achievement in K-12 dual immersion programs, development of academic language in dual and bilingual programs, and language proficiency of heritage language speakers. She can speak on dual-language programs, second-language education, English-as-a-second-language and bilingual instruction.
