Requests for technology equipment, accessories, or software must be approved by the Vice President of IT in addition to the budget supervisor and the respective division Vice President. Any technology that is purchased without IT approval will not be supported.
Please follow the guidelines in the Summary of Procedures for Purchasing Equipment, Furniture, Materials, Supplies or Services. The Summary of Procedures can be found in the MyStThom portal under the Business Office’s forms.
