Healthy Habits

Please follow the below healthy habits to ensure you are following the safest and best health habits for not only yourself, but for others health too.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw it away   
  • Eat healthy
  • Reduce stress
  • Get enough sleep
  • Exercise
  • Don’t share drinking glasses and bottles, eating utensils, toothbrushes, cosmetics or kisses, if you’re already sick
