This event aims to showcase how impact investing models can address global challenges and be part of actionable solutions to some of the most pressing problems of our time.

Guest presentations and panelists will address issues related to poverty, inequality, climate and environmental degradation. Speakers will share experiences of impact investing, debate the key opportunities and challenges they face and discuss the impact-investing infrastructure and its scalability.

We welcome you to Houston, Texas, the fourth-largest and most diverse city in the United States. Renowned architect Philip Johnson designed our University of St. Thomas campus and its striking Chapel of St. Basil.  

UST is located in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, a mecca of art, culture, restaurants and nightlife. We’re also just steps away from Houston’s Museum District, home to almost 20 museums, and a short walk from the Rothko Chapel and The Menil Collection.

Houston offers many beautiful parks and bayous, running and walking trails filled with towering old oak trees and pine trees, spring flowers and blooming plants, and outdoor and indoor dining of every kind.

You also can catch a Houston Astros baseball game. All games are played at Minute Maid Park in downtown Houston.
