The Cameron School of Business’ Accounting Department provides lifelong learning and decision-making skills invaluable to a graduate’s career. Student demand for this program remains strong due to continuing expansion of job opportunities in this area, with no evidence that the trend will abate.
The Accounting Department offers three degree programs. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting is for students pursuing an accounting career in industry or government. The BBA/Master of Business Administration (MBA), while beneficial to all career paths, is especially geared toward students who plan to take the CPA Exam. The MSA is designed for students with non-accounting as well as accounting undergraduate degrees who want to pursue accounting on the graduate level and be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
