The fund is intended to offer temporary relief to students facing urgent and essential needs.

Eligibility Criteria Submission Process

All requests for assistance will be reviewed by a committee composed of representatives from relevant University departments. The committee will evaluate each request based on the following factors:

  • The nature and severity of the emergency
  • Availability of funds
  • Compliance with eligibility criteria
  • Completeness of documentation provided
  • Overall impact on the student's academic progress and well-being
All information provided by students in their applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Only members of the review committee and authorized University personnel will have access to the information.
Students will be notified of the committee's decision regarding their application via email within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved funds will be disbursed directly to the student or designated service provider, depending on the nature of the emergency.

Students who are not satisfied with the decision of the committee may appeal the decision by following the outlined appeals process, which will be provided along with the notification of the committee's decision.
