The Student Affairs Division is available to assist students with non-academic needs.
We offer accessibility services, ID cards, notary services and event space reservations.

Accessibility is a top priority at the University of St. Thomas. The campus is equipped with ramps, accessible restrooms, disabled parking, passenger drop-off and convenient curb cuts for easy wheelchair access.
Manual push wheelchairs for visitors to the University are available at the following locations:

Every student, alum, faculty and staff member must carry a UST ID card when on campus. This card serves as:
- Personal identification card
- Library card
- Meal plan card
- Parking garage access card
- Residence hall access card
ID cards are available at the Office of Student Affairs on the second floor of the John H. Crooker Center. A valid ID such as a current driver license or a passport is required to receive a new or replacement ID card. The ID card application is available online and at the Office of Student Affairs.

Notary services are available at the University Police Department office on the first floor of the Moran Parking Facility.
A valid driver license is required. If notarization requires one or more witnesses, those individuals must appear before the notary public along with the individual presenting documents to be notarized. Witnesses must also present valid proof of identification.

*The Old Book Store Student Lounge is dedicated for use by the UST student body, seven days a week. This space may be requested for use for special events and/or meetings only in the event no other space on campus is available. All requests require the approval of the Assistant Director of Student Activities.
